Ingrid Burrichter

Ingrid has been a member of the St. Charles Singers since January 2010.  She graduated summa cum laude from Illinois Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Music degree in vocal performance.  At IWU, she was a member of the Collegiate Choir and Chamber Singers, and studied abroad in Vienna, Austria. She is proud to have been awarded a St. Charles Singers scholarship upon graduation from St. Charles East High School.

Ingrid is a well-rounded arts administrator, having held positions in marketing and development with the Washington National Opera, Elgin Symphony Orchestra, and Chicago Symphony Orchestra.  She formerly served as president of Chicago’s Wicker Park Choral Singers, and has supported the St. Charles Singers marketing committee for several years.

 Ingrid lives in Chicago with her husband and two children.
