Kelly Grba is originally from Bolingbrook, IL. She attended Luther College in Decorah, IA and earned a BA in Music Education in 2020. While at Luther, Kelly sang in Nordic Choir under the direction of Andrew Last. She also sang in a student-led treble a cappella group, Beautiful Mess. Kelly has previously studied voice with Catherine Caccavalo, Deborah Gover, and is currently studying with Angela Presutti Korbitz.

Kelly is in her second year of teaching at her alma mater, Plainfield East High School. At East, Kelly teaches an intermediate treble choir, a beginner bass choir, music theory, and music production classes. She also teaches extracurricular ensembles including Madrigals and a treble a cappella group, as well as co-directing the spring musical. She is grateful for the unique opportunity to give back to the community that first fostered her love of music and performing. Outside of music, Kelly enjoys working out, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Kelly is delighted to be joining St. Charles Singers for their Mozart concert in April.
