Lynne Nellemann brings three decades of Fortune 500 experience, specializing in strategy, enterprise transformation, business ethics and electronic commerce. She has held VP through EVP positions in Corporate America, covering a $2B restructuring of Kellogg’s, turnaround strategies for the Chevrolet division of General Motors, mergers and acquisitions for the First National Bank of Chicago (now JPMorganChase) and new product development for General Mills. Lynne began her corporate career in brand management at Procter & Gamble. An officer in the management consulting firms of Arthur Andersen & Co. and A.T. Kearney, Lynne co-founded the Corporate Governance Practice for A.T. Kearney, and applies these skills to over a dozen nonprofit or civic boards including St. Charles Singers. She holds B.J., B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of Missouri while her PhD is from Northwestern University.
