David is practically a charter member of St Charles Singers, having joined the choir in 1984. A native of St. Charles, David graduated with a vocal music education degree from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN and spent a year of French and music studies in Aix-en-Provence France before finding his way back to the area.
David and his spouse Doug Bella own and operate Town House Books and Cafe in St. Charles. They live in Wayne, IL.
Combining a life books and music seems almost too much to ask for, and David feels very grateful and blessed. Singing in such a fine choir under the direction of brother Jeff, and alongside sister Jennifer is truly a joy and an honor.
