Jessica began singing with the St. Charles Singers in 2017. She was raised in St. Charles, Illinois where she attended St. Charles East High School. Prior to attending University, Jessica was also the winner of the Alan Berg Scholarship which was awarded by the St. Charles Singers.

Jessica is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor’s in Music Education with a specialization in Vocal Jazz Music. She is also currently working on her Master of Music Education from VanderCook College of Music.
Jessica is the Choir Director at Geneva Community High School in Geneva, Illinois. She teaches 4 choirs there that include, Nordic Voices, Belle Voix, Viking Chorus and a curricular jazz ensemble named Blue Tones. She is also co-director of the GHS musical. Prior to working at GHS, Jessica was the assistant choir director at Plainfield East High School.

Outside of GHS and St. Charles Singers, Jessica is a freelance soprano, singing at festivals, other high school concerts, and private events.

Jessica regards St. Charles Singers as one of the most influential parts of her professional career. Singing in SCS provides her with motivation, inspiration, and lifelong friendships. She is so happy to be spending another year singing with her favorite group of people.
