St. Charles Singers presents this sampling of American songs that speak to the soul. The music includes Walden Pond by Dominick Argento and works of other great American composers; Randall Thompson, Robert Shaw, Alice Parker, Jake Runestad, Morten Lauridsen, Eric Whitacre and many others.    

The program will be performed on tour in the UK beginning June 13 with concerts at St. James Piccadilly, London; Windsor Parish Church; Great St. Mary’s Church; Lincoln Cathedral; Ripon Cathedral and Durham Cathedral.
