Antonio Quaranta holds a Bachelor of Music from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Music from Roosevelt University. As a professional choral artist, he sings with the Chicago Symphony Chorus, St Charles Singers, and Chicago Choral Artists among others. As a soloist, he has performed such works as Handel’s Messiah, Faure’s Requiem, Bach’s Ich habe genug, and Stravinsky’s Pulcinella.  Musical theater credits include Charlemagne in Pippin and Caleb in Seven Brides for Seven Brothers. In opera, he has sung the roles of Jupiter in Offenbach’s Orpheus in the Underworld, and Papageno in Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte, and the Chief of Police in Menotti’s Amelia al Ballo. Antonio has run his own voice studio and has taught voice at Northern Illinois University and Elgin Community College.
