
Tenor Matthew Bentsen is excited to be singing with the St Charles Singers for the first time in their 2013 season. A native of Chicago, Matthew received a B.M. in Vocal Performance from The Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University. He has recently performed around Chicago in several Cabarets with Vox3 Collective. Matthew has had the opportunity to sing internationally twice in Florence Italy where he participated in the Italian Operatic Experience. While there he performed the roles of Partenope in Handel’s Partenope and Parpignol in La Boheme.
