
Cynthia has been with SCS for four years. Cynthia is originally from Amish country in rural Ohio. She relates that her first musical performance was singing "Jesus Loves Me' at the top of a JC Penney escalator while waiting for her mom to pick up a catalogue order. She was four.
Her early interest in music led her to Goshen College where she earned a Bachelors in Piano Pedagogy. Currently she is a free-lance singer and works singing in several downtown Chicago churches. She also is an accompanist for her daughter.
Cynthia's favorite composers include Bach and baroque music along with Arvo Part. Cynthia is married with three daughters and in her spare time enjoys reading and traveling.
